From the letter you find in the chest, you learn that you must travel to The Cloakwood Forests. To get there you must return to the Friendly Arm Inn and exit from the west to Cloakwood1. From Cloakwood1 exit west to Cloakwood2. From Cloakwood2, exit from the north to Cloakwood3. In Cloakwood3 exit east to Cloakwood4. Once in Cloakwood4 exit east to get to the Old Dwarven Mines.
Old Dwarven Mines:
Cross the bridge and keep east to the last building. Walk up the steps and enter. Go down the stairs and open the door to the elevator that will take you down into the mines.
Old Dwarven Mines, Level 1:
Travel west and follow the tracks south. At the south and southeast fork head south and exit to level 2.
Old Dwarven Mines, Level 2:
Go down the corridor and turn southeast. Next room turn southwest through one room and exit to level 3 in the next room.
Old Dwarven Mines, Level 3:
Turn to the southwest and go to the next corridor and turn to the southeast. In this room keep moving to the southeast to the next room. Exit to level 4 in the northeastern corner of the room.
Davaeorn
In the first room kill the guard and look for the southwest hallway. There are 4 traps in that hall so be careful. Now, take out Davaeorn and get his stuff. Go down the southeast corridor and you will meet up with a mustard jelly, kill it and break into all the chests. Get everythink and use the "knock" scroll on the chest in Davaeorn's room.
